According to Courier News, a New Jersey medical malpractice lawsuit is in process at the Superior Court.

The New Jersey medical malpractice suit was filed by the family of a 21-year-old man who died in August 2005 hours after having a wisdom tooth pulled.

It is claimed that the dentist and oral surgeon failed to get medical clearance to do the surgery, since the man who died told them he had a medical condition.

The decision of the New Jersey medical malpractice suit has not been made by the judge to determine if the two doctors were negligent or not.
