Raphael Castro

Raphael, the son of immigrant parents, has dedicated his legal career representing the seriously injured. As a trial attorney, he has successfully fought against corporations and insurance companies to recover significant victories. Raphael brings skills as a former prosecutor, investigating and litigating hundreds of trials, to provide justice for victims of violent crime. He prides himself on connecting with clients and forming close and trusting relationships. The Legal Intelligencer has recognized Raphael as a “Lawyer on the Fast Track,” and has been selected by his peers for inclusion into the “Rising Stars” list by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. Beyond the courtroom, Raphael serves multiple boards of non-profits with an emphasis on education, youth, and inclusion. He is a graduate of Temple University, and received his law degree from the Widener University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
