The Legal Examiner (7/19, Napoli) reports, “A New Jersey demolition and concrete recycling company is facing citations for safety violations after a worker’s death prompted an investigation by federal workplace safety officials.” The story explains that the “US Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced today that the agency has cited a Newark, NJ business operating under the names of T. Fiore Demolition Inc. and T. Fiore Recycling Corp. for eleven serious safety violations and proposed penalties totaling $47,600.”
