The Pennsylvania General Assembly is considering passing this law, which would block your rights to recover compensation if someone injures you or your family. The Fair Share Act puts the profits of insurance and pharmaceutical companies ahead of your safety, and it’s just another bailout for the companies that make mistakes that injure people.
