A 75-year-old passenger died when a rock flew off a truck and smashed the windshield of a nearby car, according to the Asbury Park Press. While the New Jersey car accident seemed to be an accident, police were still looking for the truck driver Thursday. Police said the driver was probably unaware of what happened.
The woman and her daughter were out getting food for the holiday meal when a three-pound rock flew off a truck driving in the opposite direction. The New Jersey auto accident victim was taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The driver was treated for minor car accident injuries.
