According to Courier Times, a 34-year-old wrestler filed an insurance claim for being injured in a Pennsylvania slip and fall accident.

The wrestler claimed that he slipped and fell as a result of coffee on the floor at a 7-Eleven store in August 2007.

The wrestler filed a claim stating he suffered injuries and was unable to work due to the Pennsylvania slip and fall accident.

Because evidences determined that the Pennsylvania slip and fall accident claim was false, the wrestler is now being charged for insurance fraud and attempted theft by deception.
